Cancellation Policy

To secure your consultation or project start date, all bookings must be confirmed through our online system. A 100% payment is required at the time of booking for package services, while consultations are complimentary. Your spot is only guaranteed once your payment or confirmation is received. Consultations: Available for new clients to discuss goals and assess fit before committing to a service package. (Consultations are for first-time customers only). Package Services: After booking, a detailed timeline and onboarding materials will be provided. Waitlist Policy If our calendar is fully booked, we encourage you to join our waitlist. Waitlist clients will be notified as soon as availability opens, on a first-come, first-served basis. How It Works: Submit your request to join the waitlist via our contact form. Notification: You’ll receive an email or text when a slot becomes available, with 24 hours to confirm your interest. Priority: Active clients and consultations have scheduling priority. We aim to accommodate all waitlisted clients as soon as possible! Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Free Consultations: No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a strike. After three strikes, you may lose eligibility for future complimentary consultations. Package Services: Deposits are non-refundable. However, if a cancellation is made more than 7 days before the start date, the deposit can be applied toward a future booking within six months. Paid bookings: No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from our client list. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our schedule fair and efficient for all clients!
